HI-TEX Flags & Advertising Specialties was founded in 1987 by Owen Douglass Jr. Born and raised in Hawaii, Owen brings his Aloha and mixes it with a taste of Texas country, thus, we have "HI-TEX". Owen's daughter, Susan, also born and raised in Hawaii, has worked for HI-TEX since 1993. In 2001, Susan took over as the president and continues the same high standards implemented by her father. In 2003 HI-TEX expanded it's territory and began serving the entire USA. In 2004 HI-TEX was incorporated and expanded its customer base again, this time adding Canada and the Caribbean. Located in South Central Texas, HI-TEX Flags & Advertising Specialties has been providing quality service along with quality products nationwide to meet our customer's needs for over 20 years. HI-TEX is an independent "family owned" business, therefore, we will give you that extra customer care and service you deserve. For the first seventeen years of operation, HI-TEX enjoyed success in the flag and promotional product industries through "word of mouth" only. In January 2002, we designed our first website to give easier access for our customers. We have added a feature unique to the internet - (Flag Builder & Pennant String Builder). Feather/Flutter, Attention Getter Flags and Pennant Strings pages...Drag & Drop colors with a click of the mouse, then send order. The items on this website represent only a fraction of what we offer. So please contact us if you don't see what you need. Our motto is: “You Need It – We Find It!” All flags ordered through us are delivered free of charge anywhere in the United States...without raising our flag prices. It is our way of saying "Thank You"! We also ship many "light weight" items for free as well. To our local customers: Orders from local manufacturers, such as RCC Koozie, we offer much more in the way of free delivery and other services. Our sense of customer service is genuine!
